This notice explains the cookies and similar technologies Offerly uses, and how you can control them. It forms part of our Privacy Policy.
1. What we use
We use cookies, local storage, and a persistent visitor identifier to operate and improve the Service.

We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or to sell your data.
2. Location data
Offerly uses your approximate location for "near me" search, the Map, and Qiblah direction. Precise device location is only accessed if you grant browser/OS permission, and you can revoke it at any time in your device settings. Location stored for analytics is coarsened (e.g. to a planning-area centroid) rather than kept as a precise coordinate.
3. Your choices
- Analytics consent: non-essential analytics only run after you accept them via our consent banner. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link in the footer.
- Browser controls: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly-necessary cookies may break sign-in and core features.
- Location: manage or revoke location permission in your browser/device settings.
4. Third parties
Some functionality relies on third-party providers (e.g. mapping/geocoding, authentication, hosting) which may set their own cookies or receive technical data needed to deliver their part of the Service. These are listed, with their roles, in the Privacy Policy (Section 6). We do not knowingly load non-essential third-party tracking tags without consent.
5. Retention
Analytics data, including the visitor identifier and coarsened location, is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or aggregated.
